Market Reports for August

Emblem Properties brings to you the latest real estate Market Reports from our surrounding areas. These reports will give you first hand knowledge of what is happening in the real estate market for East Texas. Notice the Months of Inventory, in a normal market there should be 3-4 months of inventory available. When that number is low, we are definitely in a seller’s market. We are bringing you reports from the following counties: Walker, Trinity, San Jacinto, Polk, Montgomery, Madison, Grimes, Leon, and Brazos.
