Median home prices are UP 134% and 153% respectively! Grimes County has also shown an increase in the total number of Closed Sales, UP by 256%!
There is also a BIG CHANGE in the Walker and Trinity County reports. Notice the Active Listings for both counties are UP 50% and 83% respectively!
