Thank you for reaching out about this new development opportunity in Huntsville, Texas. This new development will be within Elkins Lake. I have lived in Elkins Lake for 20 years and in Huntsville for a total of 30 years. I am very familiar with this area and the growth around this area.
This new development in Elkins Lake is by a long-time, local developer. It is a 30+ acre development with the availability of larger lot purchases.
I am currently working to get an update on the sale of lots. They were supposed to be ready for sales in the Spring but that has not happened. I am compiling a list of interested parties and will update everyone as soon as I have that information.
