The 4th of July is right around the corner. Emblem Properties would like to bring your attention to some of the events in and around our surrounding location. Check out the opportunities to enjoy many activities such as crafts, firework shows, live entertainment, games, and FOOD.
“This year’s fireworks display will commence shortly after dark north of Prosperity Bank in the center of town. The 4-H Community Club will be serving To Go Plates in the First Financial Bank parking lot from 3:00p.m.- 8:00 p.m. (or until they sell out). A raffle will be held just before the start of the fireworks show. Tickets will be sold prior to July 4th and during the July 4th celebration.
While the focus of this year’s celebration is more of up-lifting community spirit than fund-raising, donations to the New Waverly 4-H Community Club are always graciously accepted and are tax deductible. A tax receipt will be provided upon request. If you would like to make a monetary donation or donate a raffle item, please contact Cynthia Minyard 936-661- 4389 or Joshua Slott 936-661-7142.”
“Join the City of Huntsville on Saturday, July 4, 2020, in the celebration of Independence Day with a large-scale firework show.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will not be hosting our Family Fun program, but citizens will still get to enjoy our awesome fireworks display!!! Citizens can park in any designated parking space at the field 6 & 9 (Soccer Field) parking lot.
Parks staff will be on site at 7:00PM to ensure proper parking and social distancing are being utilized. We ask all guests to practice the recommended six (6) foot social distancing guidelines between parties. Bring your chairs if you wish, get to your favorite spot in the park, and get ready to watch the amazing fireworks display at dark. Personal coolers are allowed in the park, no glass bottles please. Visitors are not allowed to bring or set off fireworks in the park.
