Renting an apartment or house is exciting but OWNING your own home is part of “the American dream.” Just the mere thought of being a home buyer can be overwhelming. Do you know how much money you need for a down payment? What about your monthly payments? Does the lender require an escrow account? Why do you need an appraisal? What if the survey is incorrect? The inspection report is 50 pages long! How do I know which repairs are most important? Have you also considered:

- Credit score
- Closing costs
- Debt to income ratio
